Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for the issues listed below.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you experience any of the following issues:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

Please contact us at info@hinatacraftgarden.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.

Lost packages

No refunds for lost packages. Once an item is shipped, please contact the postal carrier to file a claim for lost mail.
